SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders.
Because our products are made to order, processing and production typically take 3–6 business days before shipment.
After an order has been processed and shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 7–14 business days.
Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or has been shipped.
If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order information so we can review the tracking information and assist you.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer ordering errors.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as appropriate.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
